At a glance

Navattic or Storylane: which should you pick?

Pick Navattic if HTML capture is the whole program and your stack runs on Salesforce or Marketo. Pick Storylane if you want a free plan that captures leads, a cheaper screenshot tier, or a listed price for every extra seat. Both make HTML demos. Navattic sells them from its Startup tier and bundles Salesforce and Marketo on Base. Storylane sells HTML editing on Growth, and its cheaper Starter plan covers screenshot demos.

Research and trust

At five seats billed annually the two plans cost the same, so the pricing pages can’t pick for you. What you get for the money is how each tool handles your product. List the integrations and account data you need and check which plan includes them. Then use both trials on your hardest page, the one with tables, modals or live data, and compare the HTML captures side by side.

How Navattic and Storylane differ

Navattic

Navattic fits go-to-market teams whose demo program runs on HTML capture. Navattic describes itself as a no-code interactive demo platform for go-to-market teams, built around HTML capture. Its free Starter plan includes one seat and one HTML or media demo. Startup adds unlimited HTML demos, AI voiceovers, an MCP server, and HubSpot, Slack and webhook integrations.

Base is five seats at $600 a month, or $500 billed annually, and adds Salesforce, Marketo and 25+ integrations, sandbox demos, A/B testing, account identification and a dedicated CSM. Growth is ten seats at $1,200, or $1,000 billed annually, with Gong, Salesloft and Outreach, demo translation, custom domains and SSO.

Storylane

Storylane fits teams that want HTML editing with every seat priced up front. Storylane’s docs cover screenshot and HTML capture, with code-free edits to HTML elements. HTML editing is on Demo Suite Growth, $625 a month or $500 billed annually for five seats, with extra seats at $125 or $100.

Growth also adds A/B testing, tokens, multi-team support and 2,500 Account Reveal identifications a month. Premium is $1,500 a month, or $1,200 billed annually, for ten seats with Salesforce, SSO and white label.

Which one to choose

Match the plan to how your buyers meet the demo.

Choose Navattic if…

HTML capture is your whole demo program, you run Salesforce or Marketo, or you want sandbox demos with a dedicated CSM. Base costs the same as Storylane Growth billed annually.

Choose Storylane if…

You want lead capture from a free plan, or extra seats with a listed price: $125 a month on Growth, or $100 billed annually. Salesforce is on Premium, at ten seats.

For marketing-site tours

A visitor finds the demo on your site and clicks through alone. Storylane’s free plan captures leads from one live demo, and Starter covers screenshot demos at $40 per seat billed annually. Navattic’s free Starter holds one HTML or media demo.

For sales-led demos and follow-ups

A rep sends the demo after a call and wants to know who opened it. Navattic’s Growth plan connects Gong, Salesloft and Outreach. Storylane puts Salesforce and deal intelligence on Premium.

For account-based marketing

You want to know which companies engaged. Navattic Base includes account identification and pipeline impact reporting. Storylane Growth includes 2,500 Account Reveal identifications a month.

If neither fits

Don’t need HTML capture or a sales call to get started? That’s Arclet. Arclet publishes its prices. Free is one creator and five published demos. Starter is $29 a month, or $25 billed annually, for unlimited published demos. Team is $79, or $69 billed annually, with two creators included.

Demos are guided and built from the Chrome extension, and viewers open them from a public link with no login. HTML capture isn’t generally available in Arclet yet. If your program depends on it, pick between the two above.
