Navattic pricing (2026): plans, seats and the missing middle tier

Navattic’s free Starter plan covers one seat and one demo. After that, the next public price is Base at $600/month, or $500/month billed annually, for five seats, whether your team uses one or all five. Prices as of September 2026.

What will your team pay for Navattic?

Base prices five seats, not your team size. One creator, three creators and five creators all land on the same Navattic bill, because Base is sold as a five-seat bundle with no extra-seat price published. Startup, the only plan between Free and Base, is a contact-us teaser with no listed price or seat count.

What 1, 3, 5 creators pay per month on Navattic and Arclet, on the cheapest plan that fits, as of September 2026.

Navattic’s plans, seats and limits

Navattic sells five plans. Starter is free for one seat, Startup is a contact-us teaser with no public price, Base and Growth bundle five and ten seats, and Enterprise is a quote.

When Navattic’s price is worth it

Navattic charges more than Arclet for one, three or five creators. Here’s when that’s the right call.

Your revenue team already fits five seats

Base bundles five seats for one flat price. If your whole demo-building team, from product marketing to sales engineering, is five people or fewer, you’re not paying a per-seat markup for the group.

Sales wants Salesforce or Marketo synced to demo views

Salesforce, Marketo and 25+ more integrations, plus account identification and pipeline impact, start on Base. If reps and marketing already live in those tools, that’s worth the jump from Free.

Your demos are captured HTML, not screenshots

Navattic is built around HTML capture. If your demos need to be captured HTML rather than screenshots, that’s what the platform is for.

You need sandbox demos and SSO

Sandbox demos, demo translation, custom domains and SSO with directory sync all start on Growth. If prospects need a sandbox copy of your product to click around, or IT requires SSO, that’s what the ten-seat plan buys.

You pay for creators you have, not a seat bundle

Arclet bills the creators who build demos — two are included on Team, each extra is $39/month. Starter is $29/month for one creator with unlimited published demos and no Arclet branding. Team is $79/month.

That puts three creators at $118/month and five at $196/month. The same five people on Navattic Base pay $600/month, whether all five build demos every week or just one of them does.
