At a glance

What does interactive demo software cost?

Paid plans for one creator start at $29/month and reach $600/month. The spread comes from how each tool counts seats. Per-creator plans grow with every hire, bundles charge for five seats you may not fill, and some vendors publish no price at all.

Research and trust

We read each vendor’s own pricing page in September 2026, then priced one, three and five creators on every published plan and kept the cheapest one that fits. Monthly and annual prices sit side by side, and we never convert one into the other. Where a vendor publishes no price, the table says so instead of estimating.

Six costs the price card doesn’t show

A starting price tells you what one seat costs this month. These six decide what you pay by next year.

Seat minimums and bundles

A bundle is cheap per seat only if you fill it. Count your creators before you compare.

  • Arcade: Growth is per seat with no minimum, up to 10 seats.
  • Arclet: No minimum. Team includes two creators.
  • HowdyGo: One workspace price covers unlimited users.
  • Navattic: Base bundles five seats, and Startup, the plan below it, is contact-us only.
  • Reprise: An annual platform fee plus per-user licenses.
  • Storylane: Starter is per seat with no plan minimum; Growth bundles five seats.
  • Supademo: Scale is per creator with no published minimum; Growth bundles five creators.
  • Walnut: Ignite bundles three Editor and three Presenter seats.

Annual lock-in

Annual billing lowers the monthly rate. Some vendors don’t offer anything else.

  • Arcade: Monthly or annual.
  • Arclet: Monthly or annual.
  • HowdyGo: Monthly or annual.
  • Navattic: Monthly or annual.
  • Reprise: The platform fee is annual.
  • Storylane: Monthly or annual.
  • Supademo: Monthly or annual.
  • Walnut: Annual billing only.

Branding removal

Your logo on the demo, not theirs, is often the first paid feature.

  • Arcade: Custom branding starts on Growth.
  • Arclet: Arclet branding comes off on Starter.
  • Navattic: Free is limited to the default theme; custom domains start on Growth.
  • Storylane: Custom branding is on Starter.
  • Supademo: The watermark comes off on Scale.
  • Walnut: White labeling is an add-on on Ignite and included from Accelerate.

Demo caps on free plans

A free plan that publishes one demo is a trial with no end date.

  • Arcade: One published demo and one AI video.
  • Arclet: Five published demos.
  • HowdyGo: No free plan; a 14-day trial.
  • Navattic: One demo.
  • Storylane: One published demo live at a time.
  • Supademo: Five guided interactive demos.

Analytics tier

The numbers sales asks for often sit a plan higher than the demos.

  • Arclet: Basic analytics on every plan, Free included.
  • HowdyGo: Native demo analytics start on Pro.
  • Navattic: Basic analytics on Free; account identification and pipeline impact start on Base.
  • Supademo: Lead and company analytics start on Scale.
  • Walnut: Advanced analytics start on Accelerate.

Add-ons and credits

AI features increasingly run on credits you buy on top of the plan.

  • Arcade: AI videos and visuals spend credits; interactive demos don’t.
  • Arclet: The only add-on is an extra Team creator at $39/month.
  • HowdyGo: Sandboxes are an add-on.
  • Storylane: Rep_X_, its AI SDR, is priced separately from the demo plans.
  • Supademo: The AI demo agent runs on prepaid credit packs.
  • Walnut: AI credits come as an annual pool, and top-up packs cost extra.

When a higher price is worth it

The cheapest plan isn’t always the right buy. Pay more when one of these is true.

Buyers need a sandbox, not a click-through

Sandbox demos start on Supademo Growth, Navattic Growth and Walnut Accelerate. If prospects need to explore a working copy of your product, budget for those plans.

Your team is growing past five

HowdyGo prices the workspace, not the seat, so its Starter plan costs the same for five people or fifty. Per-seat tools get more expensive with every hire.

Sales works leads from demo views

Navattic Base adds account identification and pipeline impact, and Supademo Scale adds lead and company analytics. If reps chase accounts that viewed a demo, that data earns its price.

Presales runs live and cloned demos too

Reprise sells guided demos, cloned app environments and live-app overlays. One annual platform fee covers all three, which makes a quote worth asking for when one team runs every demo type.

Arclet: team pricing that stays small

Arclet bills the creators who build demos, not a fixed seat bundle. Starter is $29/month for one creator with unlimited published demos and no Arclet branding. Team is $79/month with two creators included, and each extra creator is $39/month, so three creators pay $118/month.

No bundle to fill, no annual-only contract, no credits. Record a workflow with the Chrome extension, fix the steps, and share a link your buyers open without logging in.
