Best interactive demo software for marketing teams (2026)

Eight tools, judged on the four things a marketing demo has to do: embed cleanly, capture the visit, report by step, and look like your brand. Entry prices run from $0 to $575 a month, and the cheapest tool that does all four is not the cheapest tool on the list. Prices as of September 2026.

At a glance

Which one should go on your site?

Shortlist on the embed-and-brand line, not the seat price. Every tool here records a demo. They diverge on what the entry plan lets you publish: whether the demo carries someone else’s watermark, whether you can gate it with a form, and whether analytics tell you anything past a view count.

  • A demo on a landing page this week, no budget approved: Arclet or Supademo
  • A form in front of the demo on the cheapest plan that has one: Storylane
  • Campaign analytics tied to accounts and A/B tests: Navattic
  • An AI-made product video for the campaign: Arcade or Guidde
  • Personalised demos per account, budget approved: Walnut
  • A free tool to test the idea before asking for budget: Arclet, Supademo, or Guideflow

Research and trust

Where a vendor publishes only a model and not an amount, the cost table says so instead of estimating.

It embeds in the page you already have

The demo sits inside your landing page, not behind a link to someone else’s domain. Every tool here publishes an iframe embed; the difference is what the embed drags with it. Walnut’s own support guide warns that the wrapper needs fixed dimensions or the iframe collapses.

It captures the visit, or admits it doesn’t

A demo no one is identified from is a brochure. Storylane includes lead capture on its free plan. Supademo lists embed forms, lead tracking and viewer insights as paid-only. Arclet has no lead capture at all today, on any plan.

It reports by step, not just by view

“1,240 views” tells you nothing about the demo. Step-level reporting tells you which step people quit on, which is the only number that changes the next draft. Navattic tiers this sharply; Arclet includes step-level analytics from Starter with 30 days of history free and 12 months paid.

It looks like your product, not the vendor’s

Watermarks and forced domains are the most common upgrade trigger in this category. Navattic holds free accounts to the default theme, Guidde’s watermark comes off at Pro, Supademo’s free plan keeps it, and Arclet removes its branding on paid plans.

Eight tools, and what their entry plan does for marketing

The table says what each tool is. This section says when to pick it and when to walk away.

Arclet

Pick it if the demo is a website or campaign asset, you publish a handful of them, and you want one flat price instead of a per-seat one. The Chrome extension records the flow without engineering help.

Look elsewhere if the demo has to gate a form, sync to your CRM, or report at the account level. None of that exists today.

Arcade

Pick it if the campaign needs an AI-made product video as much as a click-through demo. Growth adds branching, CTAs and forms, custom branding and custom landing pages.

Look elsewhere if you need more than one published demo without paying, or you want a plan that isn’t priced per seat with a ten-seat ceiling.

Guidde

Pick it if the asset marketing needs is a voiced how-to video for the help centre or a launch email, and 25 of them free is enough to start.

Look elsewhere if the buyer has to click through your product themselves. Guidde produces narrated video walkthroughs, and the watermark stays until Pro.

Guideflow

Pick it if you want to test whether an interactive demo moves anything before you ask for budget. Five guideflows free, with step, CTA and tooltip editing plus CRM and Slack integrations.

Look elsewhere if you need to plan a budget. Its paid tiers are not published on a basis we can compare.

Navattic

Pick it if the demo is a campaign surface that has to prove pipeline. Base adds account identification, pipeline impact, advanced filters, interest areas and A/B testing, plus Salesforce, Marketo and 25 more integrations.

Look elsewhere if the budget is a marketing line item rather than a GTM one, or one demo on the default theme isn’t enough to start.

Storylane

Pick it if lead capture matters more than anything else on this page. It is included on the free plan, and Starter adds unlimited published demos, custom branding, HubSpot and Zapier.

Look elsewhere if you are buying for more than one or two people. Every extra seat costs the same as the first.

Supademo

Pick it if you want to publish several demos free and pay per creator later.

Look elsewhere if you need the campaign data from day one. Analytics, viewer insights, embed forms and the integrations list are all gated behind paid tiers.

Walnut

Pick it if demos are personalised per account and reported on as a funnel, with lead forms and heat-map reporting in the product.

Look elsewhere if you cannot commit for a year. There is no monthly option and no free plan.

What a marketing team of three pays

Rows computed from the plans above at one and three creators, on the same billing interval. A vendor that publishes no comparable price reads “Not published”.

Arclet for a marketing team

The flat-rate option on this list. You record the flow with the Chrome extension, edit the tooltips, and embed the demo on the page — one creator and five published demos free, unlimited published demos at $29 a month, and a second creator at $79.

Step-level analytics start at Starter, so you can see which step loses people rather than how many arrived. Arclet branding comes off on paid plans.

Start for free

Recolour a tooltip and watch the demo repaint.

Click through customising a hotspot in the Arclet editor. The frames show tooltip styling and position, not a brand kit or a themed landing page.

Pick by where the demo is going

The destination decides the tool more than the feature list does.

On the pricing or product page

The demo has to load inside your layout and match the page. Watermarks and default themes are what visitors notice first, so check what the entry plan removes: Arclet and Storylane both clear branding on their entry paid plan; Navattic’s free tier holds you to the default theme.

In a launch or nurture campaign

You need attribution back to the campaign, not just a view count. Navattic’s Base tier is built for this. If the budget isn’t there, step-level analytics plus your existing UTM reporting gets most of the answer for a fraction of the price.

Gating an email address

Only some of these capture a lead inside the demo. Storylane does it on the free plan; Supademo sells embed forms on paid tiers; Arclet does not do it at all yet. Decide this before the shortlist, because it eliminates tools rather than ranking them.

Proving the idea before asking for budget

Publish one real demo on one real page and measure it for a month. Arclet, Supademo and Guideflow all let you do that without a card, and none of the three needs engineering time to record.
