Demoly is now Arclet

Demoly is now Arclet. The product is the same, the team is the same, and all your demos, embeds, and shared links continue to work exactly as before.

The name change reflects where the product is heading. Arclet is cleaner, easier to say, and builds a foundation for the brand as we grow the platform.

What this means for existing users

Nothing breaks. If you have shared demo links at play.demoly.io, embedded iframes, or bookmarks to app.demoly.io, they will continue to resolve correctly. We have set up permanent redirects so the old addresses forward to their Arclet equivalents.

Your account, your demos, your team workspace, and your billing are all unchanged. You may need to sign in once when you visit app.arclet.io for the first time, because browser sessions are domain-scoped.

What has changed

• The primary website is now at arclet.io
• The app is now at app.arclet.io
• The player is now at play.arclet.io
• The help centre is now at help.arclet.io
• Support and contact emails are now support@arclet.io and hello@arclet.io

Existing demoly.io addresses redirect to the Arclet equivalents. The one exception is media.demoly.io, which stays live as a permanent non-redirecting alias to avoid breaking any previously embedded or shared media assets.

What has not changed

The product has not changed. Recording, editing, sharing, embedding, and analytics work exactly as they did before. If you have workflows, integrations, or team habits built around the existing flow, they carry over unchanged.

The Chrome extension will be updated in the Web Store. Until that update rolls out, the installed extension continues to work with arclet.io and app.arclet.io.
